Can I use Space Chat in Free tier?
No, Space Chat is exclusive to Platinum plan subscribers. Free tier users get project-level comments only.
How is Platinum plan billed?
Platinum plan is $15 per user per month. If your team has 5 users, that's $75/month. You pay only for active team members.
Can I invite users to my Free plan?
Free plan is limited to 1 user. Upgrade to Platinum to add unlimited team members.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Platinum Annual costs $145 per user for 12 months, compared with $180 for twelve monthly payments.
Is there a trial period?

What payment methods do you accept?
Pay by USD ACH transfer: $15 per user per month or $145 per user per year. An e-invoice is emailed when your payment is confirmed.
